Arcadea unveil a final preview of their forthcoming album, the ultra-groovy, synth-driven Exodus of Gravity (Aug. 22, Relapse Records), with today\u2019s release of \u201cLake of Rust\u201d and its hypnotic lyric video that once again builds on the surreal, Skinner-created album artwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLake of Rust\u201d explodes with a steady blast of synth stabs as Brann Dailor\u2019s heavy metal vocal delivery tears across the stereo field. \u201cThis is where our hero is crossing this giant lake of lava with floating icebergs in it,\u201d Core Atoms explains. \u201cThey\u2019re heading towards the galactic lighthouse where New Arcadea\u2019s mysterious source of light originates. This is everything they see on their adventure. In terms of human emotion, it\u2019s power, anger and revenge. It\u2019s about getting there and saving the day no matter what.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
